Our Ordering Process
The following will guide you through the process of ordering from Private Labeling.
Turn Around Time
Private Labeling offers a quick turnaround, averaging 5-10 business days for in stock products once your label has been completed and 5 to 8 weeks for custom formulations.
Choosing A Product
We have a large selection of in stock products that you can choose to private label. You can also provide us with a custom formulation and the list of ingredients or tell us about a product that you would like to mimic.
Our minimum order for our in stock product is just 72 bottles per product. For custom formulas, we have a minimum of 100,000 capsules or tablets and 500 lb for powder formulas. This usually averages around 500 to 1000 bottles.
We have an experienced label design team to create a custom label for your product. There is a onetime fee of $100 for design and setup of your label and $25 per additional product with the same design.
Your Label Design
We can use your label design to print your labels. All we need is for you to send or email your label in EPS, Adobe Illustrator or PDF Format.
Instead of creating a new design and layout for your private label product, try modifying one of our pre-designed labels. There is only a one time fee per product of $25 with this option.
If you have already been through the process of designing and printing the label that you like, mail your printed labels to Private Labeling. There is no additional charge to apply these labels to your products.
Because we bring a lot of business to our manufacturers, Private Labeling can offer you prices that are the same or lower than manufacturers’ factory-direct pricing and we do all the footwork for you! Private label stock products for example, average $5.00 per bottle for various supplements. We offer a large selections of sizes and can sometimes do custom sizes for no additional fee. This pricing includes the supplement, bottle, cap, liner, seal, label application, box and packaging. Depending on the product, we sometime include the cost of printing the labels in our pricing.
After selecting your products, quantity and label needs, we will send you an order form. From there take that order form and sign and fill out your payment information. On customer orders, 50% of your total is due when you place your order. Your balance is due when the order is ready to be shipped to you. For all orders of stock products 100% of the order is due when you place your order. We accept credit cards, business checks, cashiers checks, money orders and wire transfers.
